1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pixelsetu's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Pixelsetu's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Pixelsetu's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Pixelsetu at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Pixelsetu cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Pixelsetu with accurate and complete billing information.

5. Free Trial

Pixelsetu may offer a free trial to new users. The free trial period will last for the specified time period communicated during sign-up. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

At any time and without notice, Pixelsetu reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or cancel such free trial offer.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload, store, or share through Pixelsetu's services. By uploading content, you grant Pixelsetu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

Pixelsetu reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Pixelsetu, a Pixelsetu employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• To upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses or malicious code
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pixelsetu, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

The limitations of this section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
